I had 2 over 2 days as the computer software couldn't be reset on day 1. Both were polite and called in advance, having had regular communication from their central office.

Kieran was great - issue was diagnosed incorrectly, by another garage, but Kieran got the problem fixed and saved me about £80 in the process

Andy, sadly picked a wet miserable day to fit my new brake pads! Not a word of complaint just got on and quickly fixed and reset the sensors. Good job will definitely use again.

The mechanic was fine, However he should not have been sent in the first place if some one had read the comments box on the original email. You should have admitted in the first place that you did not have the capacity to to do the job.
I have since found some one who can do the job.
