the Mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable, but was unable to complete the repair on the drive due to a seized nut on the fan.
The car was picked up that evening, repaired at the garage and returned on new years day.

Don't know who the mechanic was but the clutch replacement repair was speedily carried out and was returned to me within 24 hrs, I have only driven it once since it was returned but so far so good, my only complaint is that when I was driving I heard a noise coming from the engine and I pulled over and found that the nearside part of the bottom plastic engine housing covering had been torn and shredded, and was loose causing vibration noise, I have made a temporary repair but would like to know how this damage occurred.. Thank you.

Kieran was very good. Not only was he able to turn up earlier than originally booked to help me out he was also keen to flag up where he felt work was not needed. I was having a major service for newly purchased used car and hadn't spotted the spark plugs were changed a few years back he flagged this and saved me the needed cost.
