Adam was great. He did a fantastic job. Only criticism is that they didn’t get the jobs lined up and he was 2 hrs late. Not his fault!

Mercedes-Benz CLK Car Won't Start Inspection

Some feedback on my visit today. Nice enough mechanic. Late, but had phone call from his office at 10am to tell me running late.
Arrived spent 15 to 20 min with my car, told me I had spark, fuel air and rotation. Checked my ecu and confirmed what I told him, no codes in the ecu. Suggested i change the crank shaft sensor and if that didn't work i should take car to a mercedes dealer.
To be honest when i contacted you I thought I was in touch with experts regarding my car. Very disappointed that after spending £60 my diagnosis was change crankshaft sensor and if that doesn't work take it too a mercedes dealer.
The air pipe was not broken and that did not solve the problem. And would not have caused the failure to start and the car still does not start.
His feedback that the airpipe was broken and the fault is fixed is not true, that was not the reason and the car still does not start
So in my eyes a total waste of my money, and reading the mechanics update false information.
A very dissatisfied first time customer, who will not be using any of your so called qualified mechanics again.

Hi,
The technician suspected a fault with the Crankshaft position sensor, This was due a sequenced diagnostic procedure being carried out. In all cases we can offer a further diagnosis in a workshop environment, but in terms of diagnostics carried out at the roadside, There are limitations to the extent the roadside technician can achieve in terms of a diagnostic, Whilst all of our technicians are trained and experienced, Certain aspects of diagnostic work are unable to be confirmed in certain environments.

He was very helpful. Diagnosed the fault quickly and proposed a solution which was a sensible price. He quickly sourced the part required and fitted it promptly. In these days of social isolation he was careful to keep his distance and as the job had been pre-authorised he did not need to make contact for payment. All in all a very good service from a skilled technician.

Kia Magentis Brake System Inspection

Firstly money was taken from account beforehand he arrived not as you say after job done
Appreciate that the job was beyond his capabilities but my big beef is the mess from brake fluid into mine, my neighbours dive and my car. I have always been taught that brake fluid once used should NEVER be reused but despite my fluid being available that’s what was done so not happy about that. I did offer drop trays but that was declined
I have already contacted Westbourne
Overall not impressed mechanic did best but limited by equipment
Now paying for it to go to gage and clean up
