MR KYNACOS did the service and MOT on Friday then phoned to return the car on the Saturday.
It is now Monday 17th I have not seen any sign of Mr Kynacos or of my FORD B MAX.
Perhaps you will contact Mr Kynacos to find out what is he doing.

Did inform me he was running late, but was 2.5hrs late.
Then sent a crazy quote for Coil pack and spark plug change. I got the parts and done it myself in 20 minutes.

Your review falls in to a category of less than several people out of 4500 happy customers .
Also it was you that made the original booking for 1 coil pack when there is intact .
And you know full well the delay was caused by having to go to 3 different places to get your parts ( that I can’t control )

Unfortunately the issue with my vehicle was more complex than anticipated, however, he handled it very well communicating his plans every step of the way and saving me as much as he could cost wise. Great communication, very professional, friendly and easy to work with. 5 stars all round.
I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
