Kyri was fantastic with his communication. I initially booked a repair of the auxillary belt for 5 days time. However Kyri kindly called me within an hour and explained the risks of leaving it so long as it can damage the engine if the belt snaps. Despite his busy schedule Kyri attended the next day and fixed the issue. He was very easygoing with a good sense of humor. I would highly recommend!

I had misdiagnosed the issue and booked a replacement of a certain part. The mechanic called a day ahead and suggested that I book a diagnosis as he had doubts about my diagnosis. I agreed and he came the same day and diagnosed the issue within few minutes. He seems very good at what he does and his comms gets 100%.
However he then quoted works for £600 which were completely unnecessary. The issue was that a hose clip had come off and rather than clipping it back on he suggested that hose and the part it connected needed replacing. No pressure was put on me to proceed with the works and I ended putting the clip back on without spending any more money.

Placed an order for the job. 20 mins later got a call from the mechanic (Kyriacos). Said would be with me in 1/2 and he was!! Arrived job done in 25 mins… from placing order for the job to Kyriacos leaving took 1 1/2. Try and get that service at a garage….

Kyriacos was very efficient and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed and did the work very quickly without any fuss
