Honda CR-V Tail light bulb replacement

Please I told you that no work has been carried out and I want my money back. He came late and Did not do anything but disappeared and until I received work completed message and cost is £71.00 I was shocked, rushed out to enquire from him. Couldn’t find him and his van. My money gone!! I would like a refund. Or I will report it wherever I can if I do not a refund!!

Madam. You booked me to replace bulb , when I arrived it was obvious a complete lamp unit was required.
If I go to every job that has been booked incorrectly, then I would be driving all day for free.
However as a gesture of goodwill I told you clearly that I would return with the part you need with out any additional labour charge ( for free) which I thought was a fair offer .
Your complaint falls into a very small percentage of less than 1% which must show you that I’m not the person you have described and the fact is that it is you that made this mistake with the booking .
Still even after your un true and unjustified comments that I’m still a man of my word and will be happy to replace your lamp for no charge ( you just pay for the lamp )
I look forward to your response.

Sorry. This mail went into my Junk box so this appreciation should have been sent before this, otherwise I would not have delayed it for so long. Kyriacos could not have given greater satisfaction and pleasure. His punctuality was delayed, but he made every effort to keep in touch. When he arrived he assessed the problem quickly and discussed the various possibilities, then went out of his way to liaise with a previous repairer and with my insurance company to make sure that I had the best possible solution.
Further progress awaits warranty approval but I will be happy to entrust any further action with Kyriacos when appropriate.
I could not be more pleased with the positive and sympathetic way he coped with my 'case'.

Honda Civic Brake discs and pads replacement - front (both)

Kyriacos was a great guy did a very good and fast job, both front disk and break pad was sorted in 30 minutes, friendly and helpful. I did ask him for advise on another vehicle problem and he gave me a honest answer, I would come back and ask him to do more work in future! 100% happy with the service both the mechanic and the customer service from the office was definitely recommended I can't ask for more. Saved me alot of time and save money definitely.

Well happy with the work very professional and attentive and done a great job cannot fault the service.
I’d like to say that my workmanship is second to none and my van carries a extensive range of tools and the latest diagnostic equipment, needless to say that it is a van and there are limitations to what I can carry .
I’d also like to say that you will be happy with any work I carry out , your car will be protected from damage and with time permitting I’ll also wash your car before I leave , ( will need water and power)
