Collected my car on time and kept in contact during the service and returning the car. Very happy with the service. Very personable mechanic.

Kyriacos was a pleasure to deal with, did the job (water pump/timing belt/aux belt and a service) in the timeframe he laid out and kept me informed along the way. Would highly recommend for no-nonsense service.

Only negative would be that the drivers seat was quite dirty when the car was redelivered, but Kyriacos knocked £20 off to have the car cleaned so this was resolved.

Jack and Reece were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble, explained everything that needed to be done and was given the quote before the work started. In all very satisfied with the work, with Click Mechanic, and the 2 lads that carried out the works. Will defiantly use them again.

Kyriacos was excellent clear communications and performed service and MOT as requested. When delivering gave sound advice regrading brake pads and would have no hesitation using his services again

Communication was good BEFORE job completion. Unfortunately car was delivered back with bumper blanking plate, and I was waiting to sell car. They said they'd sort it straight away (these things are in stock). 2 weeks later I called - "we forgot". 3 weeks after that "we forgot". I now had to buy new one myself, get it painted plus a months depreciation on car. The service went over a cliff edge once payment was processed, which happened before I even got the car back. Leaves the customer stranded this way.
