Vauxhall Viva MOT with collection & delivery

Last minute told that car could not be collected, i agreed to drop it in expecting a reduction in price to the standard MOT price without collection and drop off. Was charged full price and told my fault for not cancelling even though this wasn't made clear at the time. Be careful would imagine this is a standard scam

We explained to you at the time Scott due to driver sickness we were not available to recover your car - we gave you the option to pop the vehicle down to us, you agreed. At no time did we agree a reduction in price as the collection and return is a free service that we offer our customers, you will find this within ClickMechanic terms and conditions. your comments above reference a scam - ClickMechanic are a professional company that do not "scam" their customers. You were charged in total £39.50 which is a very compatible price for an MOT

The work was carried out in the time quoted. Had to return the vehicle because of a minor problem with the work performed. But the remedial work was carried out quickly without quibble.
