He was definitely the best mechanic I have used from the very first thing he said I found he was very knowledgeable to be who could spot many telltale signs of a bad car things that are overlooked very well Manners and very good communication skills and very professional

Obviously the report speaks for itself, but what was really valuable was speaking to Joe after his inspection, when he explained everything in plain English and with genuine understandable advice. I'd use the service and Joe again tomorrow!

Joe gave a very thorough and practical report. He was helpful in assisting in my understanding of the seriousness (or not) of the faults raised. Sadly identified an expensive fault which the seller was not willing to put right or reduce the asking price so sale did not proceed. Would be happy to use Click Mechanic and Joe again for the next attempt.

Joe was great. He checked the car over. I wasn't able to be there with him but this is not a problem. Once finished he called me to describe the issues he found. Some were understandable due to the car's age, but others less so, like the fact the engine had been changed, parts were missing, hidden rust, patched wing and that it had been resprayed. Obviously it had been in a frontal prang of some description...but wasn't obvious to me when I looked at it. Money well spent!
