Fred was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait long for the repair to be carried out after diagnosis and it was very convenient to have it done at home. Very pleased with the work done.

Ideally a phone call before attending the job regarding the what gas is needed would be good as I spent £50 to find out he didn’t supply the gas I needed.

Would make it worthwhile to phone a heads and just confirm as they would be the professionals.
