Michael was quite superb and we were most impressed with the breadth of the inspection. He has probably forgotten more than I will ever know, he was forthright, extremely knowledgable and most personable, more than happy to express an honest view to aid us. I also want to say that some of the communication from may well have been generated automatically it was nonetheless speedy to the point and efficient. For me this speak of an overall good business model - thanks indeed.

My mechanic Micheal aka was phenomenal he left me with so much knowledge about cars that I now have so much confidence speaking with car sales people and mechanics. I will never buy another car without calling on him I will ask for him by name. No one should part with their money without seeking his advice. He was so down to earth and gives the honest truth truth about the situation. He dismantled the whole car and put it correctly backed together again right before my eyes without leaving a trace or trail behind. He came equipped with all the latest gadgets to see through all the painted pretty flaws. I know he does his homework as he can do one better to pick and detect all the work to deguise poor shoddy unsafe and illegal workmanship that gaurages often do. I more than recommend and urge you to take him with you when making your next purchase. He can save you thousands of pounds not to mention your time and emotion. He has that character that gets on with every personality. Not once did he look at his watch to check how long he had been on the mission.
Thanks to Mic the dealer has made an appointment for the car to be rectified as per the report he prepared for me. I didn't even have to raise my voice at the dealer.
