This is the first time using ClickMechanic instead one of those other 'big' companies, so was slightly apprehensive, but I can safely say Michael (aka Mick) put my mind at ease. As a long-distance buyer I needed someone to attend site within a reasonable timeframe and Mick accepted the request. Mick was very helpful, keeping me abreast of activities and when the inspection was complete the report was a satisfying read, not only from the perspective of the car choice being of good and sound quality, but also from the detailed report provided. We had a subsequent follow-up discussion to address a small number of areas for concern, and he was patient enough to expand on various elements highlighted in the report, suitably answering my questions/queries.
