Communication was good, arrived on time, complained about the job and how difficult it was

Worst experience I could ever have. Booked the slot from 12-14. I called him after 14pm, he asked if I received the tire. I got it delivered around 3pm, than he asked me the drive the car to him. First of all I don’t have a driving license, 2nd I booked him to come to my house, 3rd the car was not in drivable condition as it had an engine fault. Than he said fine he is coming. He came around 15:30 and asked where is the tire and the invoice, and drove away although the car had the fault.. He didn’t say anything just drove away. I thought he is testing the car what could be the fault on the street, but he came back in 40 minutes, and said that he needed to stopped many times cause of the engine fault. .. than he said he just came to check the vehicle's health condition (tires etc..) than I said no, I booked him to change the tire and check what’s the problem with the car. Than he said he doesn’t have anything with him, but he took a tablet from his small car and plugged to the car. His communication was equal to zero, I was standing in the rain next to the car and he was chatting with his friend, watching funny videos.. I asked him what is happening, he said he will write a report of what could be the fault, but he can not fix it. The original price when we booked him was around £90, but when he left he charged £180 for parts and service... What parts? And what service? And the cherry on the top is one week later I got a letter from TFL drive from a penalty of £90 (discounted price) for Ultra Low Emissions Zone charge...... So the day we booked the guy, he took the car in a not drivable condition to a place where we should’ve bought the daily ULEZ charge, but he didn’t say anything about this... at the end of the day, we didn’t know what’s the problem with the car, got overcharged, and also fined..

The Time was 8am he came 9:30 I selected ‘not sure’ and paid an upfront cost of £306.74 for clutch replacement. When the mechanic arrived, he checked and the problem and said there was a faulty cable that needed replacing. He changed the cable instead of the clutch but I was charged for the clutch replacement also. In total it took him less than half an hour. I believe that I have been over charged and feel like I’ve been scammed out of my money. The mechanic charged me £74 per hour, xetra for checking £60 + VAT from his 8am that included time he spent to source the cable. I told the mechanic to cancel the job and book the cable repair, as I had initially stated I wasn’t sure what the problem was. The mechanic said he couldn’t do that and went ahead to change the cable. I am unhappy with the service provided and feel that it was unfair to charge me the amount for a job that I didn’t request. Very nice person but got charged £108 for him to turn of warning signs and no other work was carried out not bad for 20 mins work

He was very friendly. Looked confident in what he was doing. We had transmission oil drain and refill. Did the job very quickly. Hopefully all ok. Time will tell. He was very polite.

Happy with the fitting of front brake and disc .
However I was told calerper either needed replacing or he could try to adjust it.
I opted for adjustment for an hourly fee but the whole job took no longer than 1 hour 10 mins.
I think 30 minutes labour would have been fairer.

Hadad did the job quickly and well. The only downside was that it turned into a much bigger and more expensive job
