Hadad was a superb, called to see if he could come a day early, communication was excellent, punctual, clean, tidy, knowledgeable and super fast. I would recommend Hadad to anyone, he is a credit to ClickMechanic.

The replacement of discs and pads all round seemed to go very well and Hadad finished within about an hour and a quarter. Punctual, polite and personable and, as far as I can tell, the replacement parts were fitted properly.

Hadadi was brilliant. He was slightly late as he was waiting for a part, but he had the courtesy to ring me to say he was slightly delayed, and in the event, he was only a few minutes late arriving after the window I had been given. I found him cheerful and friendly, despite the fact that he was working in the rain for part of the time. The slightly lower marking for communication was probably down to me: I am hard of hearing and found his Ugandan accent rather hard work. His patience, however, at my frequently asking him to repeat what he had said is to be commended. He left my car running like new and I was very pleased with the result.

the mechanic turn up far to early in the morning before i had booked him in was booked in from 8am to 10am he phone me to say he was outside at 07:10am i was asleep still so had to rush outside not ideal to work on a car this early with neighbours in mind revving up a car so early, he did his job with his computer and added the dpf cleaner in the filter ect, then told me to take it for a test drive i took it 10 mins round the block to clear out the emissions only to arrive home to find he had packed up his tools and left i was in shock as if i never had the car resolved he was not there to ask me if every thing was ok with my car i called him to ask were he was he told me his 90 mins away going to another job i was not happy no communication at all poor customer service, car has only lasted 3 days and back as it was before but was so upset i cant trust to use this service again as dont want any more dodgy mechanics turning up on my door step again with no customer skills or advice did not even speak to me , only to ask me to rev up the car ect, then after i go on a test run he runs off and my £309 taken from my bank account with out any checking to see how car was after my test drive so i cant advice to use this service as my issue was not resolved properly and money taken before checking all was well ,.

Can't fault the guy, turned up within the time he said he would and completed the work quickly and efficiently, also advised of other work that needed doing. Would use again. Saved his number for any future work.
