Very friendly and polite mechanic. I would use again. He did the job well and explained what he had done to me.

I think there was a bit of a language barrier but I'm afraid I found the communication both on the phone and face to face quite difficult. The mechanic came across as a bit abrupt.

I also realised the day after that the mechanic had dragged his jack across my driveway leaving marks in the tarmac. There were also piles of dust left on the driveway, which were from the old brakes I'm guessing. Just all felt like there was not great attention to detail and a lack of respect or care for my property, which left me wondering about the quality of the actual job I had asked to be done on the car.

I had booked the job for 8-10 in the morning but obtaining the parts seemed to cause a problem and I received a message, on the day at 7:55am, to say he would get the parts by 2pm. He had phoned me late in the day the day before to check the model of the car so I think he left everything a bit late. He eventually turned up at 2:45pm on the day, luckily it was a day when I was able to work all day from home, but I did have to make rearrangements. So at the very best he was almost 5 hours late.

In summary, the task itself was carried out, but all other aspects of the job were disappointing. I've used ClickMechanic once before and been happy with the work but this has rather shaken my confidence. Read more

Very good and very punctual infact he ended coming 1 day earlier than I actually Booked for which was to mine and his advantage and it was a Sunday morning 07.30 ..

Hadad managed to visit much sooner than originally expected and saved the rest of my weekend and enabled me to keep my work schedule intact for Monday and Tuesday next week.

Not that au fait with cars but I knew there were issues with brake pads and or discs. For peace of mind had front and rear discs and pads replaced.

Hadad was friendly and efficient. He waited for me to test drive the car after the works carried out and great not to hear that awful scraping sound there was before the repair.

Very pleased with the cost and convenience.
