The delivery and collection were fine and the service was prompt however I received a Penalty Charge Notice while the vehicle was with the mechanic and neither ClickMechanic nor the Mechanic responded to any of my messages. Disappointing service and will have to avoid in future as I have had to pay £80 out of pocket due to this.

They were fantastic, the work was carried out flawlessly and very quickly! They also fixed other small issues on my car without being asked, they were great at communicating with me and very polite and kind.

It was absolute pleasure dealing with him. Punctual and communicated the whole way through. I will happily use his services again.

Very happy with today's work on my car by W&M Motors (Clutch replacement). Homayun turned up nice and early in the morning to collect my car, took it back to his workshop and discovered that the disc pads also needed replacing. He called me to get my approval to carry out the additional work, completed everything and returned my car in good time. I couldn't praise this guy highly enough, he was very pleasant to do business with and I am fully satisfied with the service provided. Thanks to all involved.

Quoted £360 charged over £600. Didn’t mention parts and labour on top at a disgusting price. Never using click mechanic again.

W&M Mechanics were punctual and kept in contact throughout the service. Service was especially notable as I was out of the country and Omar took the time to keep me informed about work that was need on my car.
