Pros: Very punctual, speedy turnaround, good collection and delivery, helpful attitude.
Cons: A bit expensive overall compared to the market, almost Halfords price for additional work identified for MOT - I boked MOT and full service. Significantly cheaper with Servicing Stop previously. Mechanic promised to call back on Monday for further aircon work estimate, not heard yet though.
Solution: For credibility, return business and pricing, all work should be vetted and/or price checked by click mechanic.

work was good , just forgot to tell how they charge nearly dodubel the normal rate for there work so was not happy when i got the bill which i was charged at*£80 per hour nearly double the normal rate

It's difficult to report on this. We were told what work needed to be done - there was quite a bit! There seems to be an improvement in the car since the service was carried out and especially in the areas where extra work was needed.
