Bogdan was impeccable. Went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed and updated us before, during and after the work was done. Cannot recommend enough. It gave me the most positive experience with a mechanic I’ve ever had and I’m so grateful for the punctuality and effort that was put in. Very, very happy with the service.

The half shaft is on but I now have only 3 wheel nuts, two of the studs are sheared. The mechanic claims that was because the wheel was loose. Well, in 45 years i have never not tightened up wheel nuts or ever sheared off a stud. The chrome covers on Mondeo wheels can spin making it seem that an airgun is not doing it's job, possibly causing him to wind up the torque on removal and not reducing it for refitting, thus shearing off two of the 5 studs. I now need a hub assembly as the studs cannot be removed without the hub being dismantled. So one thing fixed now another major problem

So far so good! I had a new clutch fitted and it’s like driving a new car! Can’t say anything better than that.
