Bogdan was superb. Punctual, with a call to let me know he was 20 minutes away. Quickly identified the issue, and explained what he was going to do. Job completed in a couple of hours. Didn’t complain about my coffee. Highly recommended. Thank you Bogdan.

He came the next day, earlier than expected but rang to check was ok with me which obviously it was He was very professional, polite, explained everything and completed the work efficiently. Bogdan-Florin was polite, but was 2 days later than the day originally booked in for, and then when he came, he couldn't complete the work. So it cost me an hours labour for nothing. Now I'll have to find a garage that can fix it. So it's another week my car is off the road.
