James is a fantastic mechanic, I booked him through click mechanic after being let down twice last week by an independent local mobile mechanic. James communication was second to none,I booked the wrong slot and he went out of his way to get me booked onto an earlier slot so that I could make my long distance hospital appointment. James identified that the dpf filter would need doing soon not surprising given the mileage and age etc. He didn't put any pressure on me to book the job in there and then and explained it didn't need doing there and then but would need doing soon.
