Yes, Bilal identified the issue and sourced to relevant part. Had to come back for a second time at the end of the day to fit. Would use again.

First the positives - the mechanic was a nice guy who immediately recognised that he had done work for me before. Diagnosis of the battery problem was quick and when he eventually had the correct replacement it was fitted swiftly.
Less positive was that he arrived 20 min after the end of the "premium" priced appointment slot, initially tried to fit the wrong battery, then disappeared for ages getting the correct one. Work completed 2hr and 10min after the end of the "premium" priced appointment slot. Mechanic very apologetic... but Click Mechanic less so!

Arrived within time specified… unfortunately I found the mechanic gave me very little information regarding the problem with my vehicle and quoted for work I didn’t ask for. I tried to get a quote for just the work I wanted rectified but found this very difficult. Ended up going elsewhere.

My mechanic, Bilal knew his stuff and was incredibly diligent. He worked really hard over a long period of time. He informed me of what he was doing and showed me the extent of the damage to my clutch. I was extremely impressed and would recommend.
