Arrived late, and no communication only once I reported their lateness via the web page they replied.
I booked that time for a reason and to be very late had a knock-on effect on our plans for the rest of the day.

Bilal was terrific. Friendly and helpful. Carried out all work and had my van back sale evening. He had to work late to get it done but he didn’t mind at all and was happy to do it.

The did the service really well, but I asked them to replace a bulb. They tried telling me I needed a whole assembly from BMW. Rather than do as I asked they refuses and it meant my car failed it's MOT. Once the car was returned I replaced the bulb with a £2.99 bulb just as he said wasn't possible.

I get he was just following the BMW guide but it is frustrating that he ignored what I asked him to do. If he'd listened, and done what I'd have asked it would have taken about ten minutes and saved me a lot of time and grief.

Booked for AM time slot, got a time of between 9am and 11am. Tried phoning mechanic, no answer. Contacted 'office' ? He's stuck in traffic and tried calling me! Arrived at 12pm, asked what time mot was booked, he said 1pm??? Got car back at 3pm! What a waste of my day. Not happy with this service.

Very Happy with mechanic. Will use again in future when needed. Friendly and knowledgeable.

MOT and Service. Car was collected and returned with MOT certificate, and a couple of advisories but no extras. Some photos posted of replacement parts, but no service report, e.g brake pads life etc.
Car was collected at the time agreed. Had to prompt for return time, but got quick reply and car returned by the time I needed.

Happy with the work he carried out . Was friendly . Was running late but kept us informed

Very happy, it was mot and service, not much to add. He did convey that the cambelt was in poor condition which I'm grateful for.

He came over 2 hours late which was disappointing when the system allows you to book a particular time slot. He had good tools and did hopefully manage to diagnose the issue and confirm we couldn't drive the car which is what we wanted to know. Plus it was Christmas Eve.
