Bilal was great. Job all complete. First time using click mechanic but definitely will use again.

Bilal was perfect he turned up at the correct time,collected my car and took it it away for a full service and mot. I will definitely use this service again !

Bilal arrived slightly late but seemed knowledgeable and helpful, resolving an issue with the car that had occurred earlier in the week. He then conducted the service and was prompt in offering to resolve faults that obstructed a successful MoT.
His communication skills were not his strongest suit however. Although he removed the towing eye left in place from the issue earlier in the week, he has not replied to my repeated requests to tell me where he put the eye-hole cover which had been left prominently inside the car but I now can't find. I'm not suggesting that he has taken it, merely that he probably put it somewhere safe and hasn't found the time to tell me where that is.

The mechanic arrived at the time specified and undertook a thorough diagnostic inspection.

He explained the findings and followed up with an email report of the faults identified.

Bilal was very good and got the job done. Was very polite while picking up and dropping the car off.

Mechanic was very helpful. Turned up within the time as well as completing the the work. Gave good advice about further issues with the car.

Bilal was great, he came on time and was friendly and polite. He replaced car alternator and was so professional by explaining what he has done.

Arrived late but gave notice. Reflected on car return time. Work itself ok.

He was very efficient tidy and new exactly what he was doing and I would totally recommend him many thanks Martin
