Mechanic arrived within the expected 2 hour slot and the work was completed to my complete satisfaction. The cost was marginally higher than originally quoted due to requiring a slightly different part than he had expected - but it was still massively cheaper than quoted elsewhere. Mechanic was very polite and personable, though I had some difficulties catching what he said (partly my old ears I guess). Bilal was punctual, but he did not solve the problem. He promised to get in touch later to see if the car was ok, I am left with an immobile car in the drive and no follow up visit arranged as yet.

The mecanic was plesant but appeared to have limited knowledge of bmw. Hes spent half his time digging, poking and brute force at the connector breaking the retaining clip. He did replace the part as requested but left with the retaining clip still broken.

Bilal is brilliant at what he does. He’s always available to chat to and he will communicate with you clearly and concisely while the job is being done.

Yes, happy with the work done. A reduction in stars for punctuality because it took most of the afternoon and evening before I got my car back. This wasn't Bilal's fault as the wrong filter had been delivered to him so he had to wait for the correct filter to be delivered which only arrived after 6pm. He did communicate this to me so that I knew what was going on.

Bilal knew his stuff and carried out the job with no issues. He was a nice smiling face on my doorstep. Initially running a little late but let me know which I always appreciate.
