I would highly recommend Bilal. Very friendly and honest. Keeps you informed. Shows you the work done. One of the parts required was super-expensive and Bilal found a good used replacement. He put in a lot of time and effort to get the job done for me and to make sure the car passed the test.

Very happy with Bilal. The car had a long standing issue with a seatbelt that others had been unable to fix. Bilal kept us informed of progress and managed to fix it and then pass it on the MOT retest. There were pictures of the work done and it was incredibly good value given how much work he had put in.

Terrible - DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC. Took 2 FULL days to do a 3 hour job. Did not communicate what was happening. Ordered the wrong new part, damaged the old one so car wasn't drivable. Delivered the car 3.5 hours late the next day.

Absolutely spot on. Collected car as expected. Required some additional work which was undertaken super quickly and delivered back as promised.

Bilal was friendly but not particularly communicative. He arrived outside the two hour window arranged. Given my car failed the MOT and he was unable to do the repairs I highlighted, I would have appreciated a call and explanation rather than just the delivery of my car with a MOT fail certificate.
