I had booked a diagnosis and Andrei explained very clearly what the problem was with my van and gave me good advice about getting it fixed.

The mechanic was brilliant, few parts issues as click mechanic ordered incorrect parts but the mechanic communicated this right from the start and asked if I wanted to continue with the job as the correct parts costed a little more

Andrei was absolutely marvelous. He got on with the job right from the word go. He was friendly and polite. Very Happy with his work and will definetly request him again
