Came within allocated time. Explained everything to me, including costs. Happy with work completed and would use again.

Andrei arrived towards the end of the projected time period. I had booked a diagnostic test but he did not do that on the first visit. He said it was a faulty gas pedal. I went to go out in the car after he had left but the car was flashing an engine fault which no warning lights were on previously, and was ticking over at 3000rpm. I called him back and he came and plugged his tester in which I think he should have done on the first visit. He then was able to restore the tickover to normal. I was happy in the fact that he had located my problem, but unhappy with the fact that I was late for my appointment.

No complaints, very polite and got the job done
Back on the road much quicker than waiting for a garage
