Danny was excellent. I had been incorrectly advised by Trustford that my rear pads needed replacing urgently. Danny showed me that this was not the case at all and they were only about 15 per cent worn. Danny could have changed them without telling me and I would have been none the wiser. Danny was up front and honest and I really appreciated that.

Danny arrived on time and first impression's of him where very good. He was polite and friendly in his manner and got down to fixing my car straight away. Danny communicated very well and kept me informed of what he was doing at all times. I have a good personal experience and knowledge of cars and at no time did I feel I was being fooled by what he was doing. Danny made me fully aware of what the issue was with my car and even though he couldn't fix it there and then he assured me that he would come back if and when I needed him. I was more than satisfied with the service and commitment shown by Danny and would recommend and use Click Mechanic again.
