Booked an inspection for intended car sale. Upon first inspection, car was not road tested due to being blocked in on forecourt. The garage owner said he had not been asked to move the car but it would not have been a problem. I then had to sort the problem myself. When the road test had been completed, I then had to complain before an updated version of the Inspection report was forwarded to me. Altogether it was quite a frustrating situation given that it should have been a sime car inspection. The fact that my complaint was then updated as resolved without my permission merely increased my frustration and unhappiness with click mechanic. I don't think I could recommend their services to other motorists given my experience.
