Akhtar was very friendly and professional. He came at a reasonable time. He looked at my exhaust in addition to the work required and was confident he could fix it. Hopefully the work he did will last.

Work was done while at I was out so did not get to meet naseem but communication between us was good via text message and work was carried out sufficiently and to a good standard.

I had a broken coil spring on a Saturday and Naseem accepted the urgent booking to repair my car on the Sunday. He came to my house within the specified time slot, was friendly and completed the work efficiently. I’ve only done a short test drive but the work he has done seems to be of a high standard so very impressed. As it stands I wouldn’t hesitate to use Naseem again and would recommend his services to others.

Naseem spent time analysing the fault, communicating effectively to me what was required prior to performing the rectification works. I’m happy to say that the work was carried out in a methodical manner and that the fault is now resolved.

Mechanic was out of his depth kept referring to the internet
Was here from 9am till 530 left me with a car that was unable to drive , it broke down and he made me push it I also had to sit in the car and help him with clutch etc
Just days before my car was at the garage for a full service and mot mechanic kept saying it was not his fault , car was drivable before he started
He came back 2 days later and could not rectify the problem he caused , still took the money . Tried to get cash out of me for more work
I’m left with a undriveable car
Mechanic was very unprofessional and incapable and left me feeling very intimidated ( I am a woman in my late fifties)
Escalated the problem with click mechanic , but they haven’t as yet done anything to help.
