I believe he is ok as a professional mechanic. he is friendlily ok with that. but I am not pleased at all why? the Battery is flat it was not at all flat ... he agreed to do some extra work but not done as promised as it was not within the company obligation.
I paid him 100 pounds for extra work that includes 2 belts .
this is not straight forward business at all.
I made a deal with his to do extra work includes engine Block cover lid for 170£ for a reason he did nor do it hover I received an offer from the company to do the same job for 275 £ ...

Naseem was superb! Knew exactly what to do and gave accurate timing on how long he would take. He has all the correct tools for the job and was very clean during and after the process. Didn't leave any mess behind or on the drive and was considerate to neighbours. A real asset to have as a mechanic! He did a great job in replacing all four of my break discs and pads and he also showed me how worn they were. But more importantly after the job he allowed me to take my car for a drive to ensure I was satisfied.

Yes, Changed my battery alternator, good job, well done by ClickMechanic. I would recommend you adding optional belt add on ( I mean optional as if it is not broken then you can take back) for future alternator issues for your customers.

I would say he was out of his depth with my problem. Even though he spent 3hrs trying to sort the problem. I contacted my normal mechanic who gave me a contact who could help. This guy came, saw the situation and phoned a colleague who he said was a pro in this area. He arrived at 9am and by 930 I drove my car around the estate. Today I have been to supermarket, so relieved.
I am afraid that your company will not be logged in my memory. This is the problem with 3rd party organisers. No real control, being a facilitor only.
