NO communication in this company! I booked for a service AND MOT at an extra cost for £19.
Of course on the booking page everything looks simple but after payment it's not anymore clear about the MOT and the man wasn't aware about the MOT neither!
I could have payed the same price or even cheaper for a better service. Now I have to pay and book my car for MOT.
When he was doing the service, I was on chat to ask why there is no MOT and they replied to me that they will check with him.
Anyway he couldn't do it and laugh at the price when I show to him on my phone the £19 fees when it's book with service!
Basically it's a SCAM
Also on the invoice nothing is written with details.
What oil has been used? or a simple check on all the action. Just 4 lines, that's it.
