Yes, he was knowledgeable and did a thorough job! It’s a great service to be able to book it in and not take the car anywhere. Makes it easier when you work full time to have this option!

Ben was great, picked car up for new clutch , upon inspection found a fault with half shaft (which took an extra day to sort but did it free) brought car back .can’t believe how good car feels with the new clutch, I don’t need to bodybuild my leg anymore! Thanks Ben you’re a star

As someone who is incredibly working from home with a child, the experience was basically spot on. He turned up (a touch late but I understand and respect that things can overrun), completed the job and let me know when he was finished. I was not alerted to any obvious issues but am sure I would have been if any did pop up from his checks

Friendly and knowledgeable but .Thought a 38 miles round trip for mechanic to drive car to a garage was a long way . Asked for mobile mechanic ,Highlighted a minor problem after returning and quoted price .Would mean another 38 mile round trip .to do repair thought a telephone call to tell me from garage would have been better to ask if I would want repair. doing at time of service.Also said nothing major service report ok.

He did a great job, really friendly. Got it done in no time. Really happy with my car now, it feels loads better to drive.
