Kai was punctual and the work carried out was good, however there is an issue that needs to be resolved and I am still waiting on Kai getting in touch after leaving a message.

Kai arrived bang on time carried out the repair in good time and also advised me of an issue he noticed with the car.

Unfortunately told me to replace discs and pads,when problem was with tyre.

Kai came out at the time he stated he'd be there, major service completed in about 30 mins and ran through a few issues he noticed while working on the car.

16 Yr old VW Golf with no service history since 2017 so issues were expected.

Great advice received, highly appreciated and recommended for future work needing done.

Excellent service. I booked Kai to carry out a pre-purchase check on a vehicle for ‘peace of mind’. Much cheaper than the AA or RAC!! I received a written and verbal report. I would have no hesitation in using Kai again.

Kai was brilliant.

Initially believed it be a starter motor issue and was willing to get the part and come the following day.

He managed to get the car running however and runs as normal since then.

He advised the starter motor was running as normal and not to go ahead with the replacement for now as it wasn't needed.

Great service and honest workmanship.

Will be utilising his services in the future for alternative requirements.

Kai was fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful. He arrived early and changed the brake pads in no time. He also advised me about a couple of other things needing done to my car, so I will book him again in the future to do the work.

Service done on type 7 commercial van outside my house within 30 minutes. Most items on the full service checklist not checked. The old oil and filter was left on the kerb, when asked if it was being taken away he said it was not his oil and when I said that I couldn't dispose it he replied "Don't talk to me like that" as if trying to start an argument. I pointed out that he was being recorded by my ring doorbell and he immediately changed tune and said he would "Do me a favour " and remove it. A neighbour later showed me that all he did was take it round the corner and dump it in the bushes. A big pool of oil is left in the parking area.
