Not happy with the cost of filling my car with automatic transmission fluid. It was too expensive for such a simple job. I am not impressed.

He was on able fix the car properly. He changed discs and brake pads but not able rest the brake and parking fault lights. He also damaged my dri side do, it can not be opened widely possibly when jacking up the car.
He threatened to take my phone from me and smash it with I captured the car number plate as he was about to drive of. He was very aggressive.
I have being left with more damage on my car which will cost a lot to fixe

Hi Olufemi,
Prior to my visit you had booked in for front discs/pads & rear brake pads with sensors due to the brake pad light and parking brake light illumination on your dashboard, I came around and upon dismantling the parts I notified you that your parts were still fairly new and didn’t need changing but you said the lights worried you and we continued with the change.
The brake pad light went off but the parking brake light was still on the dashboard, so I bought you two more brake wear sensors out of my pocket so you’re satisfied but this still didn’t get rid of the light so you said you’ll take it to VW dealers.
Upon leaving and trying to get out of the car you suddenly mentioned that I had broken your wing, which is quite frankly absurd since brake pads don’t have anything to do with a wing…I honestly don’t know what to tell you due to the fact you threatened me with police, solicitors and the law by trying to scam me and manipulating me into thinking I broke your door/wing…but good luck.

Kazem, was awesome, he spotted some respraying we hadn’t noted investigated further and looks like the car had been involved in an accident and whilst a good repair, he spotted that all the fixtures suspension etc under the front were excellent condition when the rest of the car was just good, showing they had all been recently replaced, has certainly saved us from a lemon

Kazem was very friendly and explained everything that he was going to do step by step he updated me throughout the day showed me the broken part he had taken off & showed me the sealed box of the new replacement part very good mechanic well pleased with the work he done my car now is running like it was when I first bought it I was a bit dubious about using this sort of site & the mechanic being able to fix my car outside my home but he done an excellent job so I would recommend anyone to use this site & the mechanic kazem thank you so much
