We are so pleased that A Bana came yesterday to fix our car. He kept us up to date as to his arrival time and did the job speedily and efficiently while explaining what he was doing. Terrible weather and he accepted a cup of tea only when he had finished. Well done !!!

Bana, went above & beyond to Pre-Inspect a vehicle for me. The original appointment date, the garage booked were not being very flexible or accommodating, & left us having to re-arrange for the next day. Bana, kindly took more of his own time out, to attend the viewing the next day, & after alot more messing around from the garage, Bana patiently waited so I could get the full report of the test drive & inspect. Needless to say "I took his advise & saved alot of money on a poor car with poor customer service".

Ahmed was 10 minutes early after being booked at very short notice. He was honest enough to tell me that the existing battery still had some life in it so it didn't necessarily need changing. I instructed him to carry out the work regardless. He was very polite and informative throughout and was happy for me to stand and watch him work, explaining to me what he was doing. A real honest, genuine guy, who I will definitely be using for any future work. Highly recommended!
