Bana was very professional, quick and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised and as a first time user of ClickMechanic I was sceptic at first.

Lastly, just a very small, minor thing. I would like to say that my mobile mechanic (Bana) was actually TOO punctual. just a slight time management issue on my end. we scheduled for 1.30 - 2.00pm approx. Following this I got a text confirming that he would be 2:00pm directly from Bana himself, so I managed my time for accordingly to be home for that time. Granted, there are some people that appreciate their mechanic arriving sooner rather than later, but I would've said it was a flawless service if he arrived at the scheduled time. Just my preference. Yes Baña was great. He was efficient with his time keeping and arrived to the property earlier than I had booked.

He knew what the problem was and carried out the work in quick time. He carried out checks on my oil, fluids and radiator network too and advised me on what areas I need a top up on. This was a massive help to me given that I’m a bit of a novice when it comes to cars. Keep up the great work Baña!

Bana was very communicative, arrived early and carried out the battery replacement without any problems. Sadly, the car had other issues after the battery was replaced which are still being looked into, and I couldn't really tell from our conversation whether he was able to carry out the "Check Charging system" I paid extra for or not, but overall, great job.
