I was very pleased with the work François did. He communicated regularly with me so I knew what was going on with my car. He was on time getting my car and dropped it back exactly when he said he would.

Had so much problems with the dealership but Francois was constantly bothering them on my behalf, and was messaging back to me about updates.

Francois picked it up the night before it was due to go in and I got back the next morning. So very quick lol and the car seems to be back to its old self 👍🏻

After being 45 mins to an agreed changed time to help the mechanic out. The fitting of the break pads were fine considering it was pitch black.

Was told the break pad warning will go after a few miles while it “resets”. 100 miles later the warning light is still on and now I’m being told a main dealer can only remove this despite being told otherwise when I asked the question before the mechanic attended.

Very quick and clear communication. They carried out the work quickly and to a high standard.
