No not happy about the work that was not done properly never cleaned out the dpf so £333.00 down never use them or you again as they say once bitten twice shy????

MY MESSAGE TO YOU ABOUT THE ISSUES: (You, Tue 14 Nov 18:50)
Hi mate,
Please find the attached message on as follows:
The exhaust clamp between the DPF and flexi pipe has failed to hold tightly due to rust as explained yesterday -
and the DPF exhaust gasket defective and no longer preventing the exhaust gas.
Also, following our second test drive this afternoon, we found that the DPF regeneration is not possible as it leaks the gases.
Surprisingly, we've found that the DPF is again contains of carbon dust and needs to be cleaning again and the engine carbon cleaning need to be done or the DPF needs to be replaced?
Since, the engine emits a lot of carbon from, the DPF gets stuck quite often. It's highly recommended to use some high standard fuel with DPF cleaning treatment to auto-regenerate the system.
It was agreed to drop it off this afternoon following a successful test drive and regeneration done. Unfortunately we're not satisfied or happy to drive it with this issues.

We still can work and sort it out for you if you wish. However, we strongly recommend you to replace the DPF and use some good quality fuel.
