Checked in with me when he was finishing off to see if there was anything else I wanted, and to give me advice regards any future issues (luckily I was already aware of things that I can fix myself).
Car returned and work completed as hoped.
So impressed, he's now booked to work on our other car👍😁

Francios was great, kept me in the loop by text all the way through the process, took time before hand to check the locking wheel nut was correct and he reviewed the entire car. upon return he showed me the items previously reviewed and that the service book had been completed, and again took time to discuss further actions with the car.
