Repair took longer than I expected but was eventually completed. I can now drive my car again.

We apologise for inconvenience but if the parts delivery or beyond our control. Also if we need time to diagnose the fault and causes of it some time takes time. We cannot message and call you every hour to tell you that what we are doing. You wiring was in very bad state and its not easy to put them right straight away. We can spend a specific amount of time on one car each day as we need To run the business. When you book a job most of the time its not possible to finish it in same time frame.

I called customer service, but no one picked up the phone he is not professional unfortunately I'm despondent
I don't trust this service I paid £83 for nothing

This is baseless allegations you need to understand that diagnostic does mean that he will fix your car. We told you what is wrong with your car. Sometimes for an experienced mechanic does not take long to diagnose the issue. If you are not happy with the service by means you have right to leave a review bit making false allegations is not acceptable.
