The mechanic who fixed my car and his garage were excellent, I realised that after their intervention thar Kwik Fit (Colindale) had completely mislead me from the full-service they promised me whilst pocketing over £300 of my hard-earned money.

Plugs & Oil were never changed and caused my car to malfunction 1 month later.

Thanks to ClickMecanic for resolving this injustice/dishonesty that I suffered from Kwik Fit (Colindale).

Had to chase the mechanic for the diagnostic inspection as he didn't attend at agreed time. He finally called and said he couldn't make it due to his own car breaking down (quite ironic) while he was on his way to see me. Turned up next morning and diagnosed the problem. I then booked the repair for the same day for collection between 12-2pm. Again, the mechanic did not show up on time. Finally showed up at 6pm and promised the repair would be done by 12pm the next day. Waited till 1pm the next day and still no sign of my car or any updates from the mechanic. Had to chase via the messaging service to be told by the garage that the mechanic didn't show up to work and there were no other mechanics available either, to carry out the repair. Finally got the car back the day after.

Absolutely shocking service. A simple wheel bearing replacement took 3 days to complete. I am currently waiting for a refund for the priority slots I paid for. Read more
