Friendly and prompt service and the guy collecting our vehicle waited outside until the curtains were open and the family were up

SMS Autocare were spot on, brilliant. Early arrival to pick the vehicle up with a call to detail driver was en-route. Courteous update throughout and had the vehicle returned ready to use with said MOT Pass Certificate same afternoon. Can't be happier than that. Strongly recommended.

Jon was really helpful and friendly. He went the extra mile to sort my car out as it had to be collected from the house. I won’t see Or drive the car until next week Which is why it needed attention to be able to tax and drive again.

I am disappointed to now discover that the car was taken 50 miles away for a simple servicing. Nearly half a tank of petrol was used and 100 miles added to the clock. Surely there must have been a garage nearer (like Hampshire or Surrey)? The journey really clouds my view of the experience as I have no measure to assess the quality of work.

He was friendly when he collected my car for an MOT. Later on in the day I get a call to say that my anti-roll bar bushes were worn. They were replaced less than a year ago, so it's very strange that they are worn when the car has only done 3500 miles the past year. Looking under the car, they don't look very new if they were replaced today. Apparently the headlights were faded, which is barely noticeable. I was charged for them being polished. They look no different. In fact yesterday I spilt a little oil on the nearside lens which is still on there, again which is very strange as it was supposedly polished.

Jon was excellent from start to finish, The car had a Mot, full service, and works to repair several defects and was back with me in under 4 hours
