Very happy with my mechanic. He had to cone all the way from a previous job in Luton so was held up. His boss called me to warn me though so it wasn’t any issue. Unfortunately, his parts supplier had made a mistake and given him the wrong starter motor. Rather than moan about it, he got straight on the phone, sources a correct one, did an hours round trip to pick it up and then fitted it. Really friendly and polite guy and car problems sorted immediately. No additional charges. Only stumbled across ClickMechanic by chance but would definitely use them again and would recommend to friends and family.
