Great communication, let me know an hour slot of when they would pick up the car and arrived punctually. No issues with the car since then and they even managed to stop the annoying "service now" notification on the dashboard which my old mechanic didn't do. Would highly recommend.

John was very polite and communication was good regarding requirements needed to complete MOT. When the wrong part came from Skoda was able to rebook straight away for them to come out and put the replacement in at my home. Very pleased

After a thorough inspection of the car, including taking photos the mechanic called me to update me on his findings. Some of hte things he pointed out I saw myself , but it was the list of faults that I couldn't see that got my attention. After discussing what was found I was emailed the results. I was very impressed with Shane who did a good job on his report. I would not hesitate to use the services of ClickMechanic again. Well done great job guys, it was an easy choice to make after reading the report. Money well spent.

John and his team were great. They picked the van up with no trouble at all. Called me and talked through the work that needed doing and then got the job done by lunch. Really excellent work.
