Both the guys were very polite and knowledgeable.
They rang to let me know they were on their way and gave me an estimated arrival time which was spot on.
Work was carried quickly and efficiently, even helped to get a security steering wheel lock off after the lock broke.
Only small complaint was the mess from the discs being removed which was left on the drive.
Apart from that, great service.
