Joshua was not knowledgeable at all & failed to diagnose the correct issue. He changed the filter which did not resolve the issue which he was called to fix - this was expensive too (£100 on top of diagnostic cost). He was guessing what the other issue could be causing the car not to start. He was not familiar with the area and could not recommend any garages or mechanics who could correctly diagnose the issue. I regret calling him out, as it was a hefty cost with zero usefulness.

I subsequently called an RAC mechanic who was knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue (to do with the exhaust) in 15 mins and was able to get the car started. RAC mechanic confirmed that Joshua’s diagnostic report was incorrect. Read more

Josh was very friendly and knowlegeable. He has the same vehicle as me and knew a lot sbout the common faults. He diagnosed my problem quickly and efficiently and also gave me some good advice.

Not really, very poor diagnosis, said there was a squeaky noise from the tensioner but real problem was alternator, he wasn't even bothered to check properly, I won't use you again.

Josh was great and very helpful. He replaced the part but unfortunately my car was still having troubles so wasn't able to be fixed. Josh was good at advising what part I may need. I was just a little frustrated that I'd paid near 130 pounds and wasn't able to rectify the problem. This is the only reason I would now go to a garage as I couldn't afford to do thag again for the part needed
