Communication was excellent, they were punctual and having my car collected and delivered within my time frame was a real pleasure.
Although I gave quality 5*, I cannot comment on the work carried out. I very much hope it was good, but my car did not have any issues, it just needed a service. Whilst the report and invoice shows what they carried out, I have no idea if it was, and have no way of telling.

They plugged in an iPad and said “see it’s your timing belt”!
Nice guy though, waiting to hear what it would cost to repair, is it worth repairing ?
Why when the timing belt go, did it let all the water out of the engine and how come after it stopped
The first time was I able to start it and limp 3/4 mile back to the flat?
He didn’t answer those questions? Too early to say whether I would recommend anything as my car is not fixed!

The guy who collected my car was very unhelpful.I had asked him couple of questions but he just ignored me, not friendly at all.
They didn't stamp my service log book, I had to drive to him to get my book stamped.The communications was very poor.

First thing f all the driver does not have mechanical knowledge so you should redirect all your questions through this plate form. Secondly you left your book at home and want us to come out to you next day to stamp your book. Also the job was straight forward service and mot but I suppose there are no pleasing some people.

The work booked directly with clickmechanic I have no issues with - however the mechanic that worked on my car quoted an extra £240 work which needed to be carried out immediately otherwise brakes would fall apart. I was told on the phone that they would be replacing the parts, but 'repaired' them and put this on the invoice with the added charge of £240. Be very careful if agreeing to extra 'required' work, that they actually do what you agree to. Dispute gets you nowhere as they simply say refer to invoice, not taking into account what was agreed.

Thank you for your feedback. As a standard procedure we will always call and explain before doing any extra work. We called and agreed and put on the invoice what you agreed to. Invoice is the fair reflection of the work carried out.
