Vauxhall Movano Car Won't Start Inspection

I am sorry but the diagnosis was incorrect the mechanic said that it was a problem with the ECU. I had to get the local garage out and straight away they said that the van had two batteries, went straight to the second battery that was located in the foot well and found the battery had failed and replaced it.
So I paid £88.00 for nothing!

hi sorry for your bad experience with us, when we arrived at your vehicle my very first question to you was is this your main battery or your accessory battery, you told me main battery, i then asked are you sure because there’s normally one under the passenger footwell, you said you’re sure.
Some Models come with the battery under the seat like where your accessory battery is and some come under the floor, my understanding was your main battery is under the seat due to you telling me so.

Nissan Leaf Car Won't Start Inspection

Aron diagnosed the problem (12 V battery was completely discharged) immediately but could not fix it on the site. He advised me to take car to Nissan for them to replace battery and reconfigure the car with new battery.
AA recovery person (when called to transport the vehicle to garage) diagnosed the same problem but was able to replace battery (he had it with him) and got the car working again without need for transport.
I wish Aron had given me same option to have it fixed.
Felt like money wasted and duplication.
Also we offer a mobile mechanic service, This may be a simple diagnostic or mechanic work carried out at the road side, we can pick up your car/van from home/place of work or come to you where ever that may be all so we now do mobile air gas on all cars with the gas r1234yf
