He did the jobs requested and communicated well for one bit that couldn’t be done. However when I questioned something he was quite abrupt with his response so this wasn’t resolved satisfactorily.

Very professional and diagnosed the issue very quickly. Would definitely recommend again.

Mechanic arrived within two hours of me logging the problem and was pleasant enough. They also gave me a call when they were 15 minutes away, which was appreciated.

Report was rather basic and the diagnosis was not specific (the mechanic narrowed it down to one of two things), but presumably this is all that's needed to take this forward.

We did not receive a quote for fixing the problem. This is a shame as it was something we were expecting when we used ClickMechanic. We feel somewhat back to square one now, as any garage we take this to is going to want to do their own diagnosis.

I am not sure what to write as what was diagnosed was different from what was fixed . I was advised its was ECU fault and that would cost me around 500£. How ever was was replaced was a sensor .l would rather say l was disappointed I did get some good advice on a different matter and l have used it to my benefit so l would say thank you for that .
